I'm an avid reader of sci-fi/fantasy and have a fairly large collection. I also have quite a few technical type books - programming, networking, automotive, yada yada yada. I'm not much for drama type books (or shows for that matter). I get quite enough reality in life and don't feel the need to read about it. My taste in movies is similar to what I read, but not limited to that. I do watch other stuff. As for television, if it's not ESNP, comedy or one of the Discovery Channels, I prefer not to watch. When the weather is nicer, I would love to get back out there. Golf, swim, canoe, putt-putt, softball - I'm pretty flexible.

Music, now you're talking! I play in country/rock bands, but my taste in music runs the gambit. I "prefer" old heavy metal (OZZY) to progressive rock (can you say RUSH!!!!), but I do enjoy most other types of music.

I can be quiet and grumpy or silly and outgoing depending on how well I know a person and how comfortable I am. I love most animals. I don't have any myself but I always had a dog while growing up and everyone in my family are pet people, it's just in the blood.

Hi - I finally figured out how upload a picture from my phone to my computer. I have been reading these descriptions for months and find that they inhibit interest rather than encourage it....so lets try this: I would like to find someone who will tolerate: a smoker, a little bit of a workaholic, a dog lover, beer drinker, and a very early riser.
